Payment Terms

For paid Services, the following terms apply:

• Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will meet your specific requirements
• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YEWANG TECHNOLOGY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YEWANG TECHNOLOGY and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses, resulting from or arising out of:

1. Your use and access of the Services
2. Your violation of these Terms
3. Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Vanuatu.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
